Freedom Fighters is the sixth episode in the fifth season of StarCrafts. It is the ninety-first episode overall.
Plot[]
A marine sweeps off creep tumors with the help of scanner sweep. The scene cuts to liberator approaching the zerg hive cluster, where the queen spawns larvae by taping her eggs at hatchery. When the liberator flies past the base, her eyes were red with anger. Liberator deploys into anti-ground mode, raising the Statue of Liberty and playing "The Star-Spangled Banner."
Queen shoots acid spines at the aerial unit, but the liberator shoots her back using concord cannon, following both of spectating drones and larvae. Recovered from the hit, the queen becomes angrier and throws spines again. However, the liberator decapitates her with a single shot, even the spawned larva. Army of marines salute at the scene.
Ravager arrives to project corrosive bile at liberator, but unfortunately it misses. He casts another shot, but it drifts off the target. Hydralisk crawls by him and spits needle spines, only to be killed by AG weapon. More tense and focused, the ravager blasts one more corrosive bile. Liberator transforms back to flight mode and drifts away. Ravager is disappointed, but he turns to another trouble.
Mob of marines run by, and kills off the drones and deflates the hatchery and spawning pool, leaving the changeling marine at the corner. Ravager's corrosive bile misses them for the last time.
