Marine is the basic infantry unit of Terran.

Marines are usually designed as a mediocre astronaut-alike. Their helmet is significantly bigger but their arms and legs are shorter, but their visor is not transparent. Even on visor, they can eat and open their mouths comically. Their suit except the visor is basically team-colored. During the combats, they arm with rectangular Gauss C-14 rifle as a primary weapon. However, they lack shields except in "Burning Tide Part 2" where Sgt. Patches used against Bob the Ragelot when fighting on the battlecruiser.
