Mutalated is the twelth episode of second season of StarCrafts. It is the thirty-seventh episode overall.
Plot[]
A swarm of mutalisks fly into the blue protoss expansion base and begin attacking the probes. An archon and a stalker come to defend the probes, causing the mutalisks to retreat immediately. The mutalisks then fly over to another expansion to continue the harassment. The archon and stalker go after them, only for the mutalisks to return to the first expansion. The action is repeated until probes are gone. The mutalisks then attack the forge, destroying it seconds before it finishes an upgrade. When both are walking away, a newly warped probe approaches. He is hammered by a single mutalisk until the stalker blinks in to tug the probe and shoot lasers. But then another mutalisk captures the probe away. The mutalisks fly over to the terran base and begin terrorizing the SCVs and destroying the refinery, only for the entire swarm to be blown up by a hidden widow mine.
Epilogue[]
A surviving but severely injured mutalisk escapes only to be killed by three phoenixes.
