Mutalisk is a basic zerg flying ranged unit.
Overview[]
Mutalisks are active flying zerg creatures that can harass enemies like insects. When mining units or structures are left unguarded by ranged ground units, they quickly attack them by hammering smaller units and throwing parasitic glaive wurms from second "mouths".
Sometimes they tightly pack together into a floating ball and rain down wurms on the area.
They can be evolved to either a brood lord or a viper.
Trivia[]
- Mutalisks made their first appearance on "Mutalated," while their silhouettes appear on its previous episode, "Power Overwhelming".
- On "ZvZ", they have main mouths near the eyes when one of them screams.
