The Red Team is the antagonists in StarCrafts, featuring all 3 races: Protoss, Zerg, & Terran. Basically, they're widely known for it's large army. This team was gathered by Derpfestor.
History[]
The team started small where Derpfestor hitch-hiked on a red Battlecruiser with a Drone, a Probe, & a SCV. It then starts where Derpfestor took the basic workers into building new bases. Overtime, basic offense units (Marine, Zergling, etc.) have been built then. Then on A Miner Probelem, factory units started to begin production. Later on in TvT, ZvZ, & PvP, their forces grew over time. Big time in Alliance, the team now has more forces than ever (possibly breaking the rules of maximum supply).
End of Control[]
Near the end of Alliance, Derpfestor was thrown out of control. With Derpfestor out of the way, the forces cease to an end, since therefore, no ruler to control.
Red is not Dead[]
The Red Team era is probably not over yet, because in the BroodWar Prelude, while the Medivac Pilot was trying to fix the radio, some hints popped up within a millisecond with some sketches including "Red is not Dead" 2x and a picture of Derpfestor.
In Season 6, they make their comeback starting in Deep Trouble, disguised as Purple Team. In Part 3 of Deep Trouble, water was sucking down into a hole, therefore, their cover was blown. After the underwater battle, the Red Team is still intact with forces. The Obnoxious Executor is now siding with Derpfestor (who is still alive) to take everything all the way.
Season 7 arrives and the Red Team re-gathers a whole new army. Moments later, they've unleashed a new attack towards the Terrans, then the Protoss, then the Zerg, known as "Order 66". Their army was so fierce that they have destroyed almost every base they can find. An Overlord attack was made to the Terran's defensive base. With the last base still intact, an another attack is still initiated.
The Final Battle[]
As the attack still flows, their number of forces starts to decrease as it was found that Dark templars are in warp, which means that minerals were transferred somehow. More forces of the Alliance (Team) arrives and forces is still decreasing dramatically. Then, backup for red team arrived with Cyclones and Derpfestor. After the backup, the Alliance becomes outnumbered. In the Mothership, The Obnoxious Executor tries to stop Bob & Sgt. Patches. Meanwhile, down in the ground, the red team now obliterates all the alliance's structures. The cyclones cheer in victory. Meanwhile in the Mothership, Obnoxious Executor was thrown into the depths of the mothership. On the ground, with all the structures from Season 5 falling, the forces of the red team falls slowly. With the red team outnumbering the Alliance, Bob recalls the forces from the Mothership, unexpectedly making the red team outnumbered instead.
Inside the hive, the eggs of the infested terran comes to play, and emerges a few at a time. The alliance attempts to break them to prevent them from hatching. With Crackhead outside, he tries to divert the red team to towards the base. What they didn't know is that there's another egg hatching amongst them behind their backs, and hatched another infestor. The Derpfestor & Infestor duo didn't last long when neural parasited each other from dizziness.
The red team almost comes to an end where they surround Crackhead to finish him off, but a nuclear strike was aiming for the base and the forces around it. With the red team surprised, the nuclear strike ended the red team forces entirely.
Legacy[]
The Infestor Duo gets paralyzed in a quarantined room
The legacy of the red teams still continues as the infestor duo are still alive, except they're paralyzed after the "neural parasited" incident.
